The Magnet Method

20 new faces in your chair in 30 days.

(Or I keep working free until they’re sitting in it.)

Do you own a med spa or aesthetic clinic?

I run the ads. I answer every enquiry. I book them into your calendar.

You don’t touch an ad account. You don’t chase a lead. You don’t answer a single message.

You just treat the person in front of you.

  • Australian clinics only
  • AHPRA & TGA-aware
  • No lock-in contract

The guarantee

No show, no stop.

If 20 booked appointments haven’t walked through your door in 30 days, I keep running your campaign free until they have.

Counted as booked appointments that attend, from the day your first ad goes live. It holds for as long as your ad budget keeps running and your clinic keeps taking the appointments I book. You get the full terms in writing before you pay anything.

Sound familiar?

Marketing built for clinics like yours,
not generic small-business advice.

Aesthetics isn’t like other industries. Your patients are making personal, considered decisions, your treatments are tightly regulated, and the wrong ad can get your account shut down. Most agencies have never run a cosmetic clinic’s campaign, so you end up teaching them while paying them.

01

Quiet weeks you can’t predict

Bookings rise and fall with referrals, walk-ins and the seasons, with no reliable way to fill the gaps in the calendar.

02

Boosting posts, seeing nothing

Money disappears into “boost” buttons and vague reach numbers, but none of it turns into a consultation you can count.

03

Ad accounts flagged or rejected

Skin, anti-ageing and injectable treatments trip Meta’s review systems, and one wrong word gets your ads, or your whole account, restricted.

04

Leads nobody has time to chase

The odd enquiry trickles in at 9pm, sits unanswered until someone is free, and by then they’ve booked with the clinic that replied first.

How it works

Three jobs. All three are mine.

No boosted posts, no guesswork, and nothing handed back to you halfway. I build one focused engine: attract the right people, answer them myself, and put them in your diary.

Step 01

I run the ads

The problem: a boosted post shows your clinic to whoever is cheapest to reach, most of whom will never book anything.

Considered, on-brand ads go in front of people within driving distance of your clinic who are already weighing up skin, anti-ageing and aesthetic treatments. You never open Ads Manager.

Step 02

I answer every enquiry

The problem: enquiries land at 9pm and on Sundays, go cold in a shared inbox, and your front desk is already flat out.

Every message comes to me. I reply, qualify them, and handle the back-and-forth about times, treatments and what to expect — so nobody waits two days for an answer.

Step 03

I book them into your calendar

The problem: an interested person who has to ring back tomorrow is a person who never rings back.

They go straight into your diary while they’re still keen, with a reminder before the appointment, and you can see exactly which ad each booking came from.

What I handle

  • Campaign strategy & targeting
  • Ad creative (reels & static)
  • Compliance-aware ad copy
  • Landing pages & enquiry funnels
  • Every enquiry answered
  • Appointments booked into your diary
  • Reminders before the appointment
  • Plain-English reporting

Plus, free

The Chairside Close.

Getting them into the chair is my job. The ten minutes after that is yours — so you also get the page I’d want if it were my clinic. One page. What to say when an ad patient sits down.

01

The four objections

The four things an ad patient says before they say yes, and the words that answer each one without dropping your price.

02

The plan before the price

Why the number lands badly when it arrives first, and the order to walk through instead, so price is the last thing you discuss rather than the first thing they ask.

03

The rebook

How to end the appointment with the next one already in the diary, so a single ad patient becomes a course of treatment instead of a one-off.

Yours free with the Method. No upsell, no course, no modules to sit through — one page you can hand to whoever is on the floor.

Built for Australian regulations

Marketing that keeps your clinic on the right
side of AHPRA and the TGA.

Aesthetic advertising is one of the most tightly regulated corners of marketing in Australia. When an agency gets it wrong, it’s your registration and your clinic’s reputation on the line, not theirs. I treat the rules as part of the brief, not an afterthought.

No testimonials, by law

You won’t find patient testimonials on this page, and you won’t find them in the ads I run. AHPRA’s National Law prohibits using testimonials to advertise a regulated health service. So I build trust with proof of process, not patient quotes.

Prescription treatments, handled correctly

The TGA prohibits advertising prescription-only treatments, including many injectables, to the public. I promote your clinic, your team and your consultations without naming or implying prescription medicines or brand names.

Honest, accurate claims

No “miracle” promises, no misleading before-and-afters, no unrealistic expectations. Every claim in your ads is one your practitioners can genuinely stand behind.

Your practitioners stay in control

Nothing goes live without your sign-off. You remain the advertiser of record, and your registered practitioners have the final say. I simply make staying compliant far easier.

Medspa Magnet supports your compliance but does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for it. Final responsibility for advertising rests with your clinic’s registered practitioners.

Proof

Real results, added here as I earn them.

I’m new, and I’d rather show you genuine outcomes than borrowed ones. As I work with clinics, this is where their case studies and results will live, clearly labelled and honestly reported. Until then, the guarantee above is what stands in their place — it is the whole reason you don’t have to take my word for any of this.

Why Medspa Magnet

One person. One type of clinic.

Medspa Magnet exists for one type of business: Australian aesthetic clinics and med spas. I don’t split my attention across plumbers, cafés and gyms. That focus is what makes it possible to answer your patients myself, in your clinic’s voice, without getting the advertising rules wrong.

I’m early in this and honest about it. That is exactly why the guarantee is written the way it is: I’d rather carry the risk myself than ask a clinic owner to gamble on someone with no results to point at yet.

Founder Ali Zare

Medspa Magnet is deliberately small. Your campaigns are built, written and run by me — and the person replying to your patients at 9pm is me too, never an account manager.

How I work

Straightforward terms, agreed up front.

You shouldn’t have to gamble on a marketing agency. So I don’t ask you to. Here’s what you get in writing before anything starts.

No lock-in contract

Month to month. If it isn’t working for your clinic, you can walk away at the end of any month. No exit fees, no notice period, no awkward conversation.

You own everything

Your ad account, your creative, your landing pages, your data and every lead stays yours. If we part ways, none of it leaves with me, and nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.

Live within 14 days

Your first campaign is built, approved by you and running within a fortnight of our call. No three-month onboarding before anything reaches a single patient.

The next step

I only take a handful of
clinics at a time.

Because I answer every enquiry myself, I can’t run this for everyone at once, and I won’t run it for two clinics competing in the same suburb. Two questions, about fifteen seconds.

  • 20 booked appointments in 30 days, or I keep working free
  • You don’t touch an ad account or answer a single message
  • No lock-in, and every lead stays yours
